The clinical performance of this product was through collecting the anterior nasal cavity samples and nasopharyngeal samples of 565 clinical trial participants. The anterior nasal cavity samples of the donors were SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Detection Kit (Colloidal Gold Method) of Xiamen Jiqing. The nasopharyngeal samples were detected in parallel with nucleic acid detection reagent. The test results showed that the sensitivity is 93.64%(95% CI: 97.33%～97.40%), the specificity is 100.00%(95% CI: 99.19%～100.00%) and the overall accuracy is 98.76%(95% CI: 97.46%～99.50%).
