SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Assay Kit--Swab Antigen (Colloidal gold immunochromatography)

1、Take out the sample extraction tube, Tear open the sealing aluminum foil, and place the extraction tube on the support (attached to the box) to avoid liquid overflow.

2、Sample collection

① Open the package at the end of the swab rod and take out the swab.

② As shown in the figure, wipe both nostrils with a swab.

(1) Insert the soft end of the swab into the nostril less than 1 inch (usually about 0.5 ~ 0.75 inch).

(2) Gently rotate and wipe the nostrils with moderate force, at least five times.

(3) Repeat another nostril sample with the same swab.

3、Put the soft end of the swab into the extraction tube and immerse it in the liquid. Firmly stick the soft end of the swab to the inner wall of the extraction tube and rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise about 10 times. Squeeze the soft end of the swab along the inner wall of the extraction tube so that as much liquid as possible remains in the tube. 

4、Squeeze the swab over the head to remove the swab so as to remove as much liquid as possible from the swab. Dispose of swabs according to biohazard waste dispersal method.Screw the dropper onto the tube, press the Nozzle cap tightly onto the tube. 

5、Tear open the aluminum foil bag, take out the test card and place it horizontally on the platform.

6、Gently squeeze the extraction tube, and add 2 drops of liquid vertically into the sample adding hole. 

Start timing and wait 10-15 minutes to interpret the results. Do not interpret the results 10 minutes ago or 15 minutes later.
