>> Test principle:
This kit detects the RNA of SARS-CoV-2 using an isothermal amplification method. The reverse transcription and amplification of RNA are performed in the same tube. The nucleic acid sequence of SARS-CoV-2 is specifically identified by six primers, and any primer mismatch or unpaired will not complete the amplification. All the reagents and enzymes required for the reaction are pre-loaded. Simple process is needed and the result can be
derived by observation on the presence or not of fluorescence.
